Refund Policy
At She Real Beauty, we value our customers' satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our services, and we're committed to ensuring our customers are pleased with their experience.

Here are the conditions under which we will issue a refund:

Services Cancellation: If you need to cancel a service, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

Unsatisfactory Services: If you're not satisfied with the service you received, please let us know within 24 hours. We will do our best to address your concerns, and if we can't resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we'll offer a refund or a complimentary service, as appropriate.

Products: Due to health and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any makeup products. All sales are final.
Please note, the refund will be processed to the original form of payment. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
